About Us
Runsen House is a four story masonry building designed for Seniors 62 or older in mind. There are 81 affordably priced apartments for income qualified seniors. All of our apartments are one bedroom, one bathroom with amenities that meet the needs of senior residents looking for affordable housing . As you downsize into Senior Living, our floor plan will meet the needs of 1 or 2 people. The spacing within the apartment works very well. It is a manageable size to enjoy as you get older. The rent includes heat, air conditioning, hot water, sewer and on site parking. The HVAC is separate unit in each apartment controlled by the tenant.
Application
All applicants must be 62 years or older and meet the gross annual income limits
established for the property by the
Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC).
