Sit and Be Fit Tuesday mornings at 10:30am

 

We will be using  Sit and Be Fit  and possibly other seated exercise DVDs.  The routines will be fun and easy for those of us with limited mobility. 

They are designed to..


  • Improve flexibility, balance, circulation and more
  • Fun rehabilitative movement(both sitting and standing)
  • Improve core strength
  • Use a variety of light-hearted music
  • A good middle-of-the-road full body workout

Bring a towel, water and light weights if you have them!
